Window Films terms & conditions

Carzspa Autofresh Pvt. Ltd. warrants CarzSpa Window Films to be free from manufacturer defects.
Covered defects include:

Excessive fading or discolouration of the shade,
Appearance of adhesive/glue lines or streaks due to a manufacturing defect,
Film shrinkage beyond normal tolerance levels.

This warranty does not extend to:

Normal wear & tear or minor changes in appearance over time
Damage caused by accidents, glass breakage, vandalism, misuse, or intentional acts
Water spots, scratches, etching, or chemical stains
Improper cleaning methods, use of abrasive materials, harsh chemicals or polish/wax
Incorrect installation, workmanship errors, or application on unsuitable surfaces
Application on repainted, cracked, or non-standard glass panels
Use on commercial or fleet vehicles
Any defect arising from failure to follow the Company’s care and maintenance guidelines

The warranty is valid only if the initial application or any reapplication/repair work is carried out by an Authorized CarzSpa Studio. Find a local CarzSpa studio at the CarzSpa Studio Finder page.
During the Warranty Period, the Company may, at its sole discretion, remove or replace the film without charge if the product fails to perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect.

Any purchaser wishing to make a warranty claim must first contact their original installer. If the installer is unavailable, please contact us at customercare@carzspa.in within 30 days of noticing the defect.

Warranty service requires proof of purchase and the original CarzSpa warranty card.
