Deepam Sama

Deepam Sama is the Director of Business Strategy and Development at CarzSpa Detailing Studios, a leading car care company in India. He is a second-generation entrepreneur who has a passion for scaling up businesses and creating innovative marketing strategies.

Deepam holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and a BBA from the Institute of Management, Nirma University. He previously worked in the Sales Strategy team at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he gained experience in developing and executing growth plans.

At CarzSpa, Deepam is responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives. He is also involved in business automation, branding, strategic initiatives and project management. He is passionate about using technology to improve the customer experience and to help the company scale up. He has learnt the science and art of automobile detailing and paint protection from his father Anckur Sama, the pioneer of car detailing in India.

Deepam’s job takes him places all around the world, which fulfils the travel bug in him. Planes are his taxis, when he’s jetting around cities launching new CarzSpa Detailing Studios in a new market every month. Needless to say, he also has a penchant for motorsports and supports Redbull Racing on Formula One on TV every weekend. In his spare time, Deepam enjoys playing cricket too.
